The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Williams Electrical Shops Woodseats or Crystal Peaks online.

Click & Collect
For your convenience, you can reserve your products on-line for your store collection by using the ‘Click & Collect’ facility and following the check-out process - you will not be requested to enter any payment information during this process. Please note that you are NOT entering into an obligation to buy and you can cancel your reservation at any time.
Please DO NOT proceed to store until you receive an email or a telephone call from one of our team confirming your product is in stock.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES
All products carry a standard 12 month guarantee* (unless stated), If your product should fail within this period, please contact our help line 0114 2737575 or 01246 555565

If your purchase develops a fault within 14 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new*' condition. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your purchase develops a fault after 14 days and within its 12 month guarantee we will organise a repair of the product for you free of charge (UK only). We will either handle the servicing ourselves or direct you via one of our authorised agents. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange.

*As new is defined as in the original box and packaging undamaged.
The following penalties will be applied for any products returned missing the original manufacturer
packed accessories. The prices listed are for guidance only and the actual cost may vary:

Television Stand / cabinet / wall bracket £100 - £400
Instruction Book £10 - £20
Mains Leads / Chargers £30 - £60
Other Leads £3 - £60
Rechargeable Batteries £30 - £70
SD Card / Removable storage £20 - £100

Pricing Policy
All prices stated on our web site are including VAT at the appropriate amount. In the event that any product
is shown at an incorrect price due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, or a typographical error we
will not process your order without first contacting you to alert you to any change, and any change in price. You will
then have the option to continue given all the information, only then with your permission will we proceed with the order.
Prices quoted are subject to stock availability.
 

Products
Product images are for illustration purposes only and product descriptions, while as accurate as possible, are for guidance
only; for example cabinet cases may vary in colour or remote controls, stands/cabinets may change through the manufacturer’s
production process. Some products may come as a flat packed unit and will need assembly and/or set up

Delivery
Advice on any delivery or set up requirements will be given at the time of confirmation and a service can be provided to set up all equipment supplied. We will provide a specific delivery day.
Deliveries are classed as an all day call between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. We are unable to advise a specific time slot but a call will be made to you on the morning of delivery to confirm the delivery and advise of an am or pm call. If the pre arranged delivery fails due to there being no one at the address to sign for the goods the customer may be
liable to pay a failed delivery charge. Also if you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge

Recycling of electrical equipment
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations will allow members of the public to deposit old electrical and
electronic equipment free of charge at recycling sites across the UK. To find your nearest recycling site contact your
local council, or visit recycle-more.co.uk.
Electrical and electronic waste is increasing at an alarming rate and landfill sites are now approaching full capacity, much
of this waste can be recycled and the WEEE regulations aim to encourage everyone to play their part in protecting the environment
for future generations and reduce the amount of waste produced.

Any complaint regarding goods or services should be sent to the address of the store that processed the order.
Correspondence should include contact details and will be responded to within 2 working days
